Mind-blowingly perfect location just a short 10-minute walk from a stunning beach. The villa itself was jaw-droppingly clean, comfortable, and homely, with ample space and all the modern conveniences one could ask for. The outdoor area was super impressive, with sun loungers, a large hot tub, various seating areas, a swing. The inclusion of a bicycle for our use was a nice touch. We were thrilled to find English channels available on the flat-screen TV. Dealing with the owner was a breeze, and the overall experience left us wanting to come back again!

Featuring a patio, balcony, and sun terrace, the holiday home at Villa La Zenia provided multiple spots to soak up the sunshine and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The PS3 offered entertainment options, while the hot tub and bidet in the two bathrooms added a touch of luxury to our stay. The location in the La Zenia district of Playas de Orihuela was perfect for exploring the area and indulging in various outdoor activities like hiking and cycling. And when we needed a break from cooking, Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre, just 1.2 km away, offered plenty of options for dining out.

Despite the flaws in the house, the location was a positive aspect. The villa was within a 10 minute drive to the beach, providing easy access to the beautiful coast. Additionally, the villa offered a large hot tub and outdoor seating areas, allowing guests to relax and enjoy the Spanish sunshine.
The condition of the house was extremely disappointing with dangerous electrical wiring, broken baby cots, and a dirty and unkept garden.
